We are offering our second round of our 4-week Mindfulness for Parents series, this time on Monday evenings and Thursdays midday.
REGISTER FOR THE JANUARY MINDFULNESS FOR PARENTS INTENSIVE
Throughout the four weeks, we will review and practice some of the basics of mindfulness, discuss resources you can use to support your practice, and also talk about ways we may engage our children with it. Here is the rough outline:
Week 1: Mindfulness Concepts + Anchors
Week 2: Mindfulness of the Body
Week 3:Mindfulness of Emotions
Week 4: Mindfulness of Thoughts
(Please note that a 201 class is forthcoming for those who have already done this introduction!)
