Donna Wolfrom has been the Superintendent of Schools for the Cape Elizabeth School Department since July 1, 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, a Master's degree in Literacy from the University of Southern Maine, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Maine, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Maine at Orono.

Dr. Wolfrom started her teaching career in New Jersey and, upon moving to Maine in 1988, taught in MSAD #55. She then went on to work as Literacy Specialist, Curriculum Coordinator, and Assistant Superintendent in that district. In 2008, she became Assistant Superintendent in Bangor, Maine and served that school department for four years. She then became the Superintendent of Schools for Maranacook Area Schools (RSU #38) in Readfield, Maine, a position that she held for six years before moving to the Cape Elizabeth School Department.
