Cape Elizabeth High School

In addition to the Congressional State Championship (Jan. 17, at the State House), the CEHS the debate team won the Debate State Championship at Skowhegan Area High School. Competitors are pictured with the members of the Speech Team, which finished fourth in Sweepstakes.
